Product details

The SYSMIK MIO-OA2-OR2-IA4-ID8 is a mixed I/O module designed for demanding industrial automation applications. Compact and versatile, it combines several electrical signal types on a single device: analog outputs to drive actuators, relay outputs to switch loads, as well as analog and digital inputs to acquire sensor data. This all-in-one architecture reduces the number of modules needed in an electrical cabinet while ensuring precise equipment control.

Key module features

  • 2 analog outputs (OA2) intended to control variable speed drives, proportional valves or any actuator requiring a continuous signal
  • 2 relay outputs (OR2) for switching electrical loads on/off, ideal for contactors, indicator lights or solenoid valves
  • 4 analog inputs (IA4) for measuring sensors providing continuous signals (temperature, pressure, level, flow, position)
  • 8 digital inputs (ID8) to receive states from dry contact sensors, limit switches, push buttons or proximity detectors
  • MIO-OA2-OR2-IA4-ID8 reference code making it easy to identify specifications immediately in your bills of materials and electrical diagrams

This module integrates naturally into programmable logic controller (PLC) architectures requiring a mix of analog and digital signals. It is particularly suitable for control panels of special machines, automated production lines or process installations where you need to simultaneously control equipment and monitor physical parameters. With its 14 channels in total distributed across 4 signal types, it optimizes space in the electrical cabinet and simplifies wiring between the module and field devices.

In practice, this module centralizes the management of mixed inputs/outputs for a production cell: analog outputs control motor speed or valve opening, relays activate alarms or safety devices, while analog inputs report temperature or pressure values and digital inputs confirm part positions or safety door status.
